Working as a PO to develop the Virtual Events Platform that enable companies to manage important virtual events. I work with developers, customers and the Product Manager within the Scrum frame work to create a shared product vision, define features and create user stories.
Worked closely with customers, business stakeholders and developers to define requirements and features of an in-house developed web conferencing platform. Supported, troubleshooted and maintained audio and video conferencing platforms and infrastructure. Provided IT support and training to a team of 25+ employees.
